I have call the company in ga now i'm trying this way. The lids/caps are so tight on 50% of the bottles in a 12 pak. that I must get a pair of wire pliers to help me open it.

In the past, I have called to complain to the company stating that I could open all the coke pop products with no problem but when it came to opening a Nestea bottle I did'nt stand a snowballs chance in hell to get it open. I also using some logic told the young lady on the phone that I 'm 58 years old and I asked her who did she thought would be more likely to drink Tea, My age group or the young folks? That if I can get the cap off a pop bottle but not a bottle of Tea (both products made by coke.) that there's something really wrong there with the Plant Manager etc. also told her that almost every store here in Indianapolis seems to have a problem with stocking their product, that there is always lots of cases of diet Tea & almost never any presweetened tea in there alotted shelf space. I also asked her How many old people did she think are still on sugar free diets? I told her all I want is a presweetened bottle of Green Tea that I could open as well as if I bought a fricken bottle of coke. She was very huffy with me, and told me that I could'nt complain that way; that I must answer a series of questions in their own choosen format. so now i'm trying to complain using this site for whatever it's worth. thank you.
