POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Whenever my wife would place a call with her net ten phone the recipients caller ID would show the name SACHA RAMOS.We have absolutely no idea who this person is, so we tried to have my wifes cell number changed.I tried six times to have the number changed, each time with a different person, and each of these people had a different approach to the problem, this leads me to believe that to a person not one of them knew what they were doing.During the last try, the person I spoke with had me type two codes into the phone, and stated that within the hour I would be all set, this didn't happen, and now the screen shows unregistered sim.I then asked for a refund for the minutes remaining, I was told the phone only has a one year guarantee.I told them there is nothing wrong with the phone, the problem is their lousey service, that got me nowhere, so now we are giving up.I just hope that before anyone else gets involved with net ten or trac phone they read this, because believe me, either of these outfits could care less about their customers, once your money is in their pocket you lose.

What ever happen to people that care over the phone?CS use to mean something not these day net ten will not see one mor dime of my hard earned monies...Called fri, saturday, and today and still got the run around my nieces phone had to be swicthed to monthly which is what was afordable for me ok fine...she used the phone 5 days and the 6th day they send her a message stating that her mins are gone because she has no service days left WHAT A BUNCH OF BULL!!! ok i call and you would think they would say ok lets fix this no they tell me they can onlt credit her with 100 mins when she lost over 500 mins i tell you after these mins are gone they will never get my hard earned money again ...if you are looking for affordable phone service and come across them KEEP GOING IT IS NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE!!!

Very poor customer service
I have had my net ten phone since Sept. '07. I have been very happy with my phone. My daughter and I have same style phone and live next to each other. We both were having same problem with phone. After spending total of five hours with THEIR customer service, being transferred three times and having to give same info each time. we were no closer to having problem solved. The rep's english was difficult to understand, when I asked where they were located=he replied "South Africa". His solution was to change my phone number. My phone was not the problem-it was with service on their end but would not admit it. I will use remaining time on phone and CHANGE TO NEW PHONE SERVICE. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE NET TEN. Will let people know of our problem and hope they WILL NOT BUY NET TEN,
