Picture Messages
I have received 5 phone from Net10 and my picture messages is still not working. They don't speak english very well and it hard to get them to understand what your problem is. All I want to do is to be able to send a picture to my email address, each time they send me another phone instead of fixing the problem. Currently, my phone that I just received and my previous phone is are both on, one is under my old number and the other is under another number. I can't get them to transfer my number to the new phone. I think AT&T should be a shame of themselves to place this sevice with such incompentent bunch of perople. I am calling these people daily to try and get my phone corrected. HELP!!!

no service
my phone broke and i wanted to switch because of past crappy service, mainly being put on hold b4 for 30 minutes and over 50 min so far. i am writing this while on hold now, last time i called i had to have the "service provider" repeat things over and over just could not understand, and in the end there was no service provided. i just want my phone # released so i can get a different provider and i could not remember my pin # and again phone broken so i can not get serial # and after trying my to figure my pin # out while on hold with customer service and calling from my home phone, i evidently got it wrong to many times and now when i call my cell phone # it just disconnects me. now at an hour on hold still waiting... oh got some one. huleo o.k. it was actually 59 min and all the info i needed was imei# on the back of phone. glade i had to wait almost a hour to learn this. my new phone service i just tried to switch to 1 min ago was trac phone and guess what i got a message saying service would be approx 30 min. there used to be costumer service. now companies just take all they can get and give as little as they have to.

14.95 overnite fee ripoff
I paid $14.95 for the overnite FedEx shipping only to be disappointed when here it is 3 days later and I stii have no phone. I am already out my money with this company and all I'm being told is "We're waiting on FedEx to pick up the package"... Wow..wish they would've put that lie on the website from the beginning before I paid for the expedited shipping !!!

customer service
Where to even start?! It's been a NIGHTMARE! They don't speak English, can't understand even the simplest of concepts! ALL of them are this way! NOT mind a heavy accent, and differences in culture. That's not it. These people are stupid!!! Their computer system always "has issuess right now" so they can't do the simplest of tasks like adding minutes or activating a phone and "you'll need to try back in an hour." They CHANGED MY PHONE NUMBER WITHOUT TELLING ME!!! My doctor's office was trying to reach me back, and they said my number was not in service. I called net10, went thru 4 different people, before I found out I have a different number!!! They made me send in my works-like-new phone in exchange for a reconditioned piece of crap and then refused to replace it. Their system will not recognize the ESN nmbr of the "new" phone- it won't activate!!! It takes HOURS to accomplish anything EVERY SINGLE TIME I CALL! Best of all the 2nd-to-last rep I talked to tried to BLACKMAIL me!!! He said he would give me 750 minutes to compensate me for the days of unlimited calling I was screwed out of, but ONLY if I would drop my complaint about the phone number being changed and the replacement phone being crappy! I told every single one of them I am disabled and mostly bedridden. I am on a mission to get Target to drop them as a product, because it does reflect on them as the largest retailer of Net10 plans and phones. JOIN ME!

customer service
Well I should have listened to all the other folks. NET10 customer service is aweful!!! I've had the phone for 1-DAY and have been on the phone with absolute morons all day. They have to put you on hold for every question and ask a supervisor. They can not even answer the simplest questions like why did it cost me 9 minutes of my time to send a pic to my other ophone when it was supposed to be onlyu 2 minutes of air time????
Also, they told me that I would have the same service as verizonwireless as they used the verizonwireless network.
Well, thats not true because I have bearly any signal while my verizon phone has full service bars.
They barely speak english and have absolutely no clue about the product.
I'm so glad I only have to deal with them for the remained of the month. NET10 SUCKS!

Hay People donot deal with net 10 nor buying phone cards from 7/11 unless u want hours of agro...
bought a card at 7/11 for net 10n phone, scratched off the numbers with the cardboard, only first and last set of numbers readable of the 3 sets.
Went immeditley back to store they would not help at all, no refund!!!
On phone today already four phone calls total of 1 hour 15 min. and to no solution. RIP OFF!!! the numbers on the card other then the set numbers donot match any thing of reference to what net 10n says is necessary.
net ten has me call back mang of seven 11, he is just as bad, and says he has no other numbers but what is on my reciept. Nobody will give me the credit for my phone...So now I have to call the bank and cancel the charge.
Also there is no mananger at net 10 in George Town, which net 10 is located at Gianna, central Am. even though the president of the company lives in Miami!!!

inoperable service
We have 5 ne10 cell phones. Had this service for 2 + years and the coverage was fantastic! However, now, all 5 of the phones became inoperable at the very same time... no service... emergency service only, restriction 34... on the phone with net10 for 2 hours and 45 minutes... literally could not understand me. Spoke to me in English, but did not understand English... none of the phones are fixed... don't know if they lost coverage in my area... they charged us all on the 15th (re-occurring monthly minutes charge) on our phones and they still do not work! No one at net10 helps. I have made a request ticket (s) online... only to get an email stating to "click here" to be directly taken back to the net10 web site to do the exact same thing as I did before... create a ticket...

Fraud, horrible service
My daughter has had a Net10 texting phone for over a year, and has been careful with the phone itself and frugal with her texting and call usage. On February 5th, with 13 days left on her current 300 minute / 60 day card, her phone suddenly stopped sending and receiving text and calls. A login to Net10's website told me that her phone had somehow been deactivated. Multiple emails through their support portal online went unanswered. I attempted to call their support phone line several times over a three-day period, but they were so busy that I was told to "call back later" without ever being placed on hold. When I finally reached an operator on the evening of February 10th, I was told, after being put on hold numerous times, that the minutes and days on the phone had been transferred to another phone and number. Neither I nor my daughter authorized such a transaction. When I asked them to fix this error, I was told to call back Mon-Fri 8A-6P ET when their "Fraud Department" was open. When I called back the next morning, I was put on hold time and time again before being told to "call back Monday" during business hours. So Monday, with only four days left on the phone's term, I called again. I was left on hold for over two hours without ever speaking to anyone, and then suddenly disconnected. I redialed, spent 15 minutes explaining this whole thing all over again to yet another operator. This time I told them I was a Wal-Mart Electronics center employee (actually, my weekend job). That seemed to make them more attentive and I was transferred to a slightly more intelligible voice and he really seemed to be understanding the problem and working to solve it, until he asked me to hold on a moment. There was a lot of usual call-center background noise for a minute or two, and then I was disconnected. Five hours wasted, no resolution. Their call rate cheap, but be warned, their customer service is just horrible.

unauthorized charge
When making an online purchase for airtime at net10.com, I received a message stating there was a service error and directing me to call net10 customer support. This message was received after I had entered in all of my billing information. I called net10 and made sure to inform them clearly that I only wanted to be billed for the purchase one time, as I had no way of telling if the purchase had gone through or not. They assured me that I had not been charged as the purchase had not been completed and that I would only have the one charge. A few days later when I check my bank account information, I discovered that they had charged me twice for one purchase. I called net10 and they accused me of lying and told me they would not refund the unauthorized charge (this was after being put on hold multiple times and hung up on). Net10 refused to refund the charge or offer any type of compensation for my spending five hours trying to resolve this. Nor did they apologize for telling me that I owned more phones than what I do and telling me I was lying and that I did authorize the purchase when I had not. I ended up having to call my bank, who refunded the extra charge to my account and said they would take it up with net10. I also contacted walmart where I had bought the phones, and they offered to take the phones back and refund me the purchase price of the phones and then deal with net10 themselves. the net10 supervisor was Annalisa with an employee number of 55045. My goodness this ladywas very rude, kept telling me I was lying and that since I had three phones I would have logically purchased three airtime cards - this even after I gave her the 2 serial numbers that I had and directed her to look at my net10 account which only shows 2 phones registered to me. hope it was her pms and not net10s way of doing business and providing good customer service.
