Did Not Work
I downloaded this cleaning software only for my computer to go even slower then before. I continually got charged monthly for something that did not even work. My cpu finally shut down and had to get another one. Just today looking at my bank statement here again I am charged for something on my shutdown cpu. I noticed a phone number for the first time 208 345 4245. I got the subcription as salesperson called it cancelled. I have mailed and mailed with no response and here now is a working number!

Their website comes and goes, one day there and next can't find it. No longer answer emails, and have put in request to clickbank to stop any more payments to them, if not successful will cancel card. THEY ARE NOT GETTING ANYMORE MONEY FROM ME.

No support or response
I purchased Netcom3's registry removal product. While I was downloading, it was doing very strange things to my computer and I installed it immediately. It took them 5 seconds to take my money out of my checking account $49.95 AND their bank tells you they are charging YET ANOTHER fee of $19.95 which they did not disclose ANYWHERE until you hit submit order and can't return. I've sent them emails daily asking for a full refund. No response. Their website only has 1 email address to contact them and that is the tech support one WHICH DOES NOT RESPOND. There is NO PHONE NUMBER LISTED ANYWHERE FOR THEM. Has anyone else had any luck with this scam of a company? PLEASE HELP SMB!!!

Well organized scam
Are you looking for Registry Cleaner software for your PC?
Whatever you do, do not go for Netcom3. It is a scam that needs to be stopped. Their registry cleaner software identifies a huge number of problems with your registry when you run the trial scan, for the first time. You panic and you buy the subscription online, using your credit card, to stop your machine from the imminent crash.
The software does not work properly and it removes files that should not be removed. In disappointment, you mail them and use their website to cancel (forget refund!) the subscription. Thats when the real fun starts. They ignore you and your credit card gets debited every month!
Do what I did. I changed my credit card number so that they can't charge me anymore.
But why is the Netcom3 software so highly rated, as you will find if you do a Google search? The answer is on Netcom3 website itself (http://www.netcom3.com/partner.php). They give you an 80% commission! I used http://www.registry-cleaners-reviews.net/, which recommended the Netcom3 software. Someone called John Whitter, senior editor recommends the software. I bet John is laughing all the way to the bank and you and I are having our computer registries and bank accounts cleaned.
There are a whole series of user complaints on: (http://www.complaintsboard.com/complaints/scam-and-cheating-c42649.html) for your reference.

Fraud and scam!
Signed up for a Netcom3 30 day trial. Canceled it at 28 days. Was supposed to get complete refund. They not only did not refund the first two charges, but continued to charge my account. Sounds as if this is a standard business practice for them. Saw no performance benefit from using their software. The scans take a very long time. With my experience with the company I would warn against trying to use this service.

Netcom3 is a scam that needs to be brought down!
Within 24 hours of giving them my cc details, I sensed a scam and I am right! I should have caught it when their overseas address is not proper. I am from Mumbai and rest assured I'll make an official complaint in India too! This site gave me password and registry # but the software was not able to remove the critical spyware/adware at all. There was some writer for consumer-reviews.com by the name of John Whitter who had rave reviews for netcom! It was for commission!! I had been hit by a company in the past, their name was The Results Group in Arizona. I did not let them enjoy my money. Rest assured, Netcom will wish they had not known me!
BBB already has a complaint from me. Credit card is canceled and # changed. Federal authorities will be notified on Monday 3/24, for a wire fraud. Clickbank took my info by fraud. Have sent them an email. Ebay also sells netcom and I have shot a letter to them. I am an author on searchwarp.com so a nice article will be written there and I have my own blog, so one goes there.
Let's see how much you enjoy my money and that of trusting Americans, netcom!!!

trial download
Only after I downloaded the trial version did I descover the high price of this utility software.
I immediately uninstalled it, but was notified that some of the program would have to be removed manually. Now what's left loads at start eventhough it is no longer in my program list.
Software companies should be disallowed form putting people in this spot.

Netcom3
Scam and cheating!
Upon a web search for a hard drive cleaner software I came upon a 'Consumers Report' site claiming Netcon3 was a 'best buy'. I logged on to the site, followed the instruction and entered my credit card info. I had a virtually identical experience with Netcom3 except that in my case I got a log on code and downloaded the software. It appears to be incapable of removing anything from the computer, and they do not respond to technical support requests...
