Billing error
Recently I was double billed on my MasterCard with authorization
for automatic repeat monthly billing amount $9.73 on the dates
following : 07/02/2010 and 07/19/2010 . One of these was
an error . Please correct this with a credit of $ 9.73 to my credit
card account and advise me by return email . Thank you for

Website homepage crashes Safari
Every time I visit the website in the past week, it immediately and automatically crashes my web browing program. Program Safari on Mac OS X 10.5.8. How can I utilize my monthly membership if I cannot access the website?

DID NOT GIVE PERMISSION
i received a transaction from my bank for $15.21 ..THAT I DIDNT OK! I HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH NETFLIX I want it removed ..AND THE MONEY RETURNED TO MY CHECKING ACCOUNT.

billing
Wnded membership w/netflix but keep getting billed for videos. I also do not recieve any videos. I used 2 seperate credit cards and only 1 was verified as being cancelled.

Simply awful
At netflix.com website and roku.com it says Over 10, 000 movies and TV episodes instantly. Not only there not 10, 000. What movies they do have most of them are B movies are worse. Now new releases. And the tv shows they do have are old or not worth watching. The TV shows that are available prob had realy low ratings or were canced.
