I purchased an Xbox 360 from NetFoundation.com I developed the 3 rings of death on the 3rd day of play. I emailed the company and explained the problem and they sent me a RMA to fill out and return with the xbox and a shipping address to return it. UPS notified me the package was not deliverable the company moved. I called NetFoundation and got a message to email all inquiries to sales.netfoundation.com. I sent an email explaining what had happened and the response I got from Rick (representative) was UPS is well aware of our new address. That is it, no sorry, this is our new address or anything that would help. I requested the address in another email and was given, 20216 Melanie Ann Court Monument, CO 80132. Now the package has been in limbo for 3 weeks UPS notified me they are returning the package to me and charged me an additional $18 to do so.<br />
This leaves me with the only option to return the XBox again and spend another $27 to obtain a refund. By the way the address has not been changed on the copy of the RMA form it will still go to NO PLACE?!? What' up with that!!! THINK BEFORE YOU BUY FROM THIS OUTFIT.
