NetHostSpace.com promises to offer a variety of Hosting Plans (Unlimited) and they are NOT AT ALL TRUE. When we request them for to cancel the account their questions are very adamant like - Why cancel? ... No need ... and when you try to explain why you are trying to cancel the account or not to charge your credit cart from next month, they will simply ignore and stop responding to you.

I have been repeatedly contacting them over the last 2 weeks and the same questions are asked - Why cancel?

It is very wierd..they give a phone number that is only answered by an IVR and it offers and all they give is Yahoo and MSN IM ID's; and they giggle, make fun of your etc., when you ask them to cancel the service.

Their service really sucks and it definitely looks like their servers are placed in their TOILETS... with an ordinary broadband / DSL connection... too slow and the cannot access the PLESK as it always times out. There are endless issues with them and several instances that I can write a book on how Hosting companies take you for a ride.

They are CHEATERS... their names are also not real. They are using some white names when their IM ID's suggest they are Indians. (I'm an Indian myself an no offence meant).

I wish you better come to terms with them before signing up with them.

The funniest part is even their sales team phone number DOESN'T WORK.
