The website offers computer protection from porn, etc but I found it to be more annoying than protecting. I removed it from my computer and I emailed for them to cancel the billing.

I was told to call them so when I called a woman with a crying baby answered the phone so I hung up. The account was not cancelled so about a year later I see in my paypal account they are still billing me.

So I email again to cancel this billing and that it hasn't been on my computer in a year. They again tell me to call them to cancel. When I finally remember to call, the person on the phone questioned why I wanted to cancel and then offered nothing for a confirmation of the cancellation and was puzzled when I asked for a confirmation.

Then they billed me for another month. I emailed them to refund this and I was told to go to paypal to cancel the subscription.

Anyone that has a paypal account knows it doesn’t work that way.

I do not recommend this service. They don't seem to be a corporation but maybe individuals trying to offer this service without the customer service they should be offering for this type of service.
