May 27, 2009 I order an background report, but they offered a free background report instantly if you choice a product. I purchased the product(trimday) through trialpay. Trialpay sends me an email confirming my order and I should receive another email from netsleuth with my report. If I still have not received the report contact netslueth. I contacted netsleuth they turn around and say trialpay has to send it to me. Contacted trialpay they repeated the same thing contact netsleuth. Contacted Netsleuth again and they apologize for the trouble and requested I send them the email from trialpay regarding contact them and offered a free people search. May 29, 2009, still no report nor the free coupon for a people search. So I contacted Netsleuth again because I still have not received my report& he replied back, "Rather than have you continue to wait, let's do this. Forward me the information on the person you are seeking and I will gladly pull the report and email it to you." May 31, 2009 I responded back to his request. June 1, I still do not have a report. Netslueth responded back, "We responded to you last week asking you for the information on the person you were seeking. It appears as if you must not have gotten that info." As of today June 4, 2009, I still do not have the report that I purchased. I've been getting nothing but the run around. I submitted Netsleuth with confirmation # as they request, I have submitted netsleuth with the person I searching for and still I cannot get what I paid for.
