After 6 months of stalling and promising cashouts would be paid, NetWinner LLC announced on 5/12/08 that they were canceling payouts to all members who had filed cashouts and not yet been paid. Double points were returned to member's accounts to be used in raffles. However, more than one raffle winner has been notified that the prize was not available and had points returned.

To justify canceling cashouts, they accused over 40% of the members of cheating and blamed the economy. As more and more people file complaints with the NC BBB and AG's office, the responses from NetWinner have typically become that each person was cheating or a more generic *you broke rules in the TOS*. They have openly admitted the games are rigged. There are well substantiated allegations of click fraud, as well.

As more and more evidence is uncovered, the pattern of fraud and deceit has become more and more complex. Anyone who continues to play there is only helping this company make more money and enabling them to continue this pattern. Please, if you play there, stop! and if you don't, please don't start!
