Unauthorized charges
Network Agenda Com has been charging $9.95 on my credit card for several months. I see from your web-site I am not alone.
Note - the phone number has too many digits.
The address information is what I got from you web-site. Besides the BBB and submitting this complaint to you is there anything else I can do?

Charges on Credit Card
I never authorized this charge on my credit card, the telephone number is incomplete to call them to have this and future charges removed!!! Will be contacting my credit card company and the State of Attorney's Office in Florida about this.

Whom It My Concern, (Network Agenda Com)
My name is Gertrude Payton and I am writing regarding stolen funds out my account .
NeworkAgenda com has deducted $14.95 on July 14, 2009 from my checking account without my permission. I have never heard of NetworkAgendacom before. I checked my account records. I need to know how I can get my money back and any overdraft fees, and to make sure that this don't happen again. I would appreciate any information concerning this matter. Please beware this is an attempt to get my money returned to my account before calling the Federal Authority.

no idea what or who this is why was i charged
I was just looking at my transactions for my green dot card and saw a charge for something I have no idea what it is or who this company is. How they got my card number I don't know either but I don't appreciate charges coming out of my card when I don't authorize that. Isn't that a criminal matter. Do I need to see about prosecuting this company. I would like my information to be removed from wherever it is that you people are getting it from and I would like to never see another charge I have not authorized. That is identity theft as far as I am concerned. Please remove the charge from my card also. I don't think I should have to pay for a service or goods I have not ordered. Thank you. Marilyn Adams
