This company has been asked NOT to debit my acct and this is the second month in a row that they have. I have to go through a process of either closing my checking acct and reopen, or stop payment and pay an additional $20. I am tired of this.

$9.95 keeps being taken out of my checkbook every month. I have no idea what it is for nor did I authorize this in any way, shape, or form. It has caused an overdraft which just cost me $31.95. I am not a happy camper at the moment.

network agenda made a charge to my bank my bank account when l never requested any service from them a4a4or authorized them to charge my account or had given them any of my banking information. ln fact l had never even heard of them untill l saw the charge on my account.

I noticed on my bank statement a charge of $9.95 going to Network Agenda.com St George UT. I don't know what this is for and I want my money refunded. I don't have a number to call so I just went to networkagenda.com on my computer. If I need to contact someone else about the refund please send me the information.
