I had the worst experience ever with www.thebluedot.net. First the refurbished phone they sent me was defective. When I sent it back, their returns department lost it and their customer service representative was argumentative and unhelpful. Once I finally tracked down the delivery, I had to go to their company president to get my money refunded. After several e-mails and 45 days they finally refunded my my money. When I asked about the refund for the return shippiinig I got the same stone wall treatment as before. My advise to consumers out there is to not use www.thebluedot.net unless you like being frustrated and ripped off. The absolute worst customer service experience I have ever had!
