I canceled this Internet service on March 2008 and have since kept being billed without authorization to my credit card despite I've canceled 2 times myself. I am tired of them telling me it's canceled and then a month later, I'm billed again. What kind of company is this that charges their own clients despite they canceled with legal reasons? It's unfair to those who have been clients of theirs for over 2 years and I am tired of getting my money taken for a service I canceled months ago!
