Had the oil changed in my 2006 jeep while in on a recall at Neuwirth Chyrsler Jeep, they charged me $31 no biggie I figured while it was there it would save me some time. This weekend it had been 3000 miles and I had the day off so I went to change it myself, the filter was covered in dirt and looked like it had been on there for a year, drained the oil look terrible. The filter was not a Mopar filter and it was apparent it had not been changed. Went by the service dept. and they agreed. They offered to mail me my money back but still have not had anyone apologize? They acted like it was no big deal, I wonder how many times this happens and the average owner and they never know. This is not my expectations of a 5 star service dept. or the proper way to maintain my vehicle.

Any one else ever had any issues with Neuwirth Chrysler service?
