returned materials didn't arrive until 91st day

This company is running a scam...the material is crap. This Frank Rumbaskas guy obviously hasn't had great success and therefore even though they got the materials back on the 91st day instead of within 90 days, they want me to pay $97.00. And I don't even have the material...go scam someone else. They have turned it over to a collection agency which lets me know how desparate they are for $97.00.

customer (no) service

I tried to contact them because the product I ordered did not arrive, I could never get a call back. I could only get an "answering service". They said they would have someone contact me, but they never did. It was not until I got nasty that they did contact me. As it turned out I have given them the incorrect address (so they said) and it was returned to the company and they charged me for the product anyway.

When I finally got in touch with someone by email, I could not get a phone call to or from them (they do not have a number to call a speak with a live body), it was straightened out my account was credited, but they were VERY snotty to me. When I responded that I would file a complaint they said I was banned from ever doing business with them again. BooHoo BooHoo!
