This company debted my account $29.95 for a program of which I had no knowledge. When I saw the debt I immediately called to cancel. The first person I spoke to told me, no problem, a refund will be sent in 3 -5 business days. A week later the next person told me 5-7 business days. Well I'm now up to 5-14 business days and since I haven't received my refund they will do a follow up report which will take another 5-7 business days. I asked to speak to a supervisor, she told me the same thing, make a report, 5-7 business days, blah, blah, blah. The only difference was she would "personally" make the report, like that would get my refund any sooner, but "she" would send it to the corporate office. I then asked for a phone number for the corporate office, she said, "SHE DIDN'T HAVE THAT INFORMATION"!!! Surprise, surprise, surprise... Their alternative funding must be for them, they get your money, make the interest for however long they can put you off, then maybe you get a refund. This have got to be the worst scam (putting it nicely) I have ever heard of...
