I found on my March-April bank statement that I had been charged $34.84 for something I never ordered and charged $1.05 for some kind of fee, both from Carallumma Extreme. I called them ( the phone number was on my online banking statement) right after this and did actually talk to someone. Three times for the next 3 months they promised to put the money back. The last rep I spoke to gave me his name and rep ID number and said he would see to it that it would be taken care of. Even told me that this happened because someone had bought them out or something like that. Well, of course the money was never put back into my account. I have continued to call since that last time of speaking to someone, but can not get thru again. Bank of America said they would make it good, but I have to change my card number and that means all of my accounts have to be changed. Just want my money back. September 15, 2009-still haven't got my money- never received anything.
