Let me begin by 1st apologizes for the lenth of this complaint to all viewers. I ordered this finally free hair removal system 4/8/11. Received it 4/13/11 & was unsatified w/ the results(as it did nothing). 4/15/11 I emailed the company to let them know that I would be returning it & wanted a full refund as indicated in their product guarantee listed on the website b/c in order to rtn the product you must 1st contact the company & get an authorization number. 4/15/11 rec'd an email back w/ an authorization code informing me to mail the prduct back to "United Production Inc. Warehouse Loading Dock Area. 2025 Esat Linden Ave. Linden NJ 07036". I mailed the product back the same week. B/c I was aware from the website that it would take approx 3-4 wks for a refund I simply waited for the rtn. After no rtn I contacted the agency on 5/9/11 & spoke w/ rep "Amy" whom stated that the product was rec'd on 4/29/11& that it would take 3-4wks ro refund back on the card that I used. 6/6/11 I called again after no refund and spoke again w/ the same rep "Amy" whom again informs me that the product was rec'd 4/29/11 but no date was set for a refund. She then tolbe me that she did not handle refunds but that she would send a message to the refund dept to expedite the handling my refund and told me to check back the next day. Well I Didnt chk back the next day but I did approx 1 wk later. 6/15/11 after still no refund I called back & this time spoke w/ rep "Jackie" whom supposedly updated my file and submitted another request for my refund. Rep Jackie also mentioned to me that she could only email the refund dept b/c there was no phone numbers to where they could be contacted/ nor able to transfer my call so that I couls speak w/ them concerning my refund. 6/20/11 I called the agency again b/c I still have no refund & once again spoke w/ the same rep "Jackie" whom states that she would again submit a request for mt refund as she rec'd no response from the refund dept from the 5days prior when she submitted the 1st request herself. I asked Jackie for the email(since there was no #) so that I could email them personally concerning this matter. Rep Jackie gave me the email "[email protected]". I have since emailed the company & have had no luck. This is ridiculous & I am angry. This company preaches on its full money back guarantee and then reneges on its promise to its customers. But Im not dont yet. I will be contacting the company again today via email and phone (after I am done writing this complaint). I am also going to the BBB on this company. I ordered this product in hopes of it working, paid $99.95 +tax + S&H & now they dont want to give me back my 99.95. No, this is definitely not the end of them hearing from me. Once again I do apologize for the lenthiness of this complaint but I want all to know exactly whats going on and the reps that I have spoken b/c that alone is strange(since when do you call a company and continuously speak w/the same rep). Hope this has been of some help to many.
