I ordered 5 pants from Ambassador & Smart Fashion Tailor on Sukuhimvit Soi 19. When I went to collect the pants it was different than the specifications that I requested for and the worker did not want to change it as I had a flight to catch. He was also rude and accused me of being deformed.

How do I make this cmplaint to the thai government of this con man.
