This company are dangerous crooks. Do not touch them. The service that they offer does not exist. They will take your money and not deliver anything. They promised to get our website on top and it was there for just 1 day and after that i couldn't even found the site on google. May be the way they do optimizing is really unethical, and that may leads to this. Ultimately, I had to change my hosting service provider and also had brought another similar domain to market on the net, since New Approach Marketing have screwed up with it. When I tried to complain this to the company, they come up with all nonsense, and talked to me in very rude way. This is something which I've never ever expect from a service supplier. So finally I stopped the contract with them, but i.e. also after struggling for about 2-3 Weeks. I lost most of my valuable time, money due this crooks. They are very unprofessional, rude and must be just doing the business without knowing the correct technical aspects of it. And that's why they don't have a fair justification when I asked for the reasons. So beware of New Approach marketing. They are really dangerous crooks in all the departments. Even though they say they have Google certification for something, New Approach Marketing do not have any idea about some of the little things I know about Google Adwords which, amazed me. Don't fall in to their marketers say, they just promise but can't deliver 10% of what they promise.

The initial contact was by an unsolicited phone call. I had been the victim of a similar scam before so was very careful to confirm what I was signing up for. I was led to believe that I would get my business advertised on google for less than a £100 a year. A follow up phone call a few minutes later from New Approach (Which was recorded) went through the details again. Like a fool i didn't pay too much attention to this call having already confirmed all I needed to know from the first one. The first payment of £136 which included a set up charge of course, was taken from my account and I thought that was it for the year. Exactly a month later a further £115 (this was the cost plus VAT which was of course not mentioned) was taken from my account by New Approach and I rang them first thing monday morning to ask why. You guessed it, I had allegedly agreed to paying this amount monthly!. Like Hell! I informed them verbally via this phone call that I wished to terminate the agreement forthwith and they said send a letter, which I did and sent that morning by first class mail. They alleged that they never received this letter and there was a 30 days cancellation clause in the contract (What bloody contract, they never sent me a hard copy} and they would take a further payment out of my account next month.
