Capturing monkeys by contractor Ayub and others on behalf of NDMC in a cruel manner, which violates the Wildlife Protection Act, 1972 / PCA Act, 1960

Greetings,

Kindly refer to the STAR NEWS reporting today on 22-5-2011 about the monkey capturing by the contractor Ayub and others on behalf of the NDMC in a very cruel abusive manner unscientifically @ 1000 /- per monkey, which violates the set procedure the Wild Life Protection Act, 1972 / The Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960 read with the Delhi Police Act, 1978.
Hence being an Master Trainer to the Animal Welfare Board of India, founder Chairman of the People for Animals ( PFA ) Haryana and representative of the International Organisation for Animal Protection - OIPA in India I placed the open notice before the Chief Wild Life Warden of Delhi under section 55 of the Wild Life Protection Act, 1972 for strict legal action against Ayub and others along with NDMC and immediate rescue - rehabilitation of captured monkeys, side by side the Commissioner of Delhi Police is here by requested to direct the concerned SHO's around Indian Parliament area to lodge an FIR against all offenders for the violation of the above mentioned Act's, rules and regulations.
Under RTI Act, 2005 the NDMC is here by asked to discontinue the monkey capturing contract with all untrained contractors with out any further delay, these points also to clarified by the NDMC :
1. How many monkeys are roaming around under NDMC area?
2. Do NDMC knows the scientific procedures to dislocate these kinds of monkeys?
3. How many monkeys are dislocated by whom, under which authority since 2000 till date?
4. How much amount incurred on the monkey capturing process, supply details?
5. Where these captured monkeys were rehabilitated and present position of all captured monkeys?
6. How many langur were hired by the NDMC, under which authority and what were the terms and condition to keep away common monkeys.

The Chief Wild Life Warden, Delhi is here by requested to prepare - introduce a detailed scientific project to rescue and rehabilitate all monkeys from the human habitat to any forest or a rescue centers after completing all legal and scientific formalities up to 15-8-2011, other wise I will be compelled to move PIL in the appropriate form.
