work site left a mess. used leftover materials from other jobs. used homeowners materials without permission. work not done. work not completed. sloppy work. damaged materials. proper supports not used. lies about work done when it was not. materials not ordered at beginning of job. very unprofessional business tactics. fly by the seat of your pants operation. undependable. never start before 2pm. don't show, don't call. no one communicates. salesman is a hot shot that thinks he has 30 years experience and not even that old. owner is clueless. have a buckle in the lamenate flooring. no joist supports under the deck. said they put new drip edge instead of fixing gutters like we discussed and they did not (i had original roofer check). ordered materials a week after starting job. used leftover white siding and leftover tan trim (should have been white). trimmed wood floor and walls with white baseboard. tried to fill 2" gap in sheet rock with mud (ceiling). mesh tape showing through. did not sand where mudded. still waiting on awning and window. i could have done a better sheet rock job. in fact i did when i painted my living/dining rooms. these people tell you what you want to hear not the truth. they don't liste to what you tell them. they have their own ideas about the job and go with them disregarding any preference of homeowner. consistently lie about what is going on and when. and there is more
