no refund

I deposited the money 38 Canadian dollars.
To call Pakistan .
Unfortunately I never called a single call, somehow I checked on internet about this company complains.
The I asked for refund of my deposited money .
I talked four times or more.it now is about six months no refund came back. i am still waiting.

FRAUD

This company they call ''NEW ERA TELECOM'' is full of bull shit. They took money into my account without my authorization and when I called their ''customer service '' they told me It is a settlement agreement. Or at the beginning they said they won't take money into my account without my permission. Actually I filed a complain for fraud against them.
Please do not subscribe to their fake services they are LIARS and will take all your money.
