Terry Linton, of New Hope Hearing Center in Vincennes IN. is refusing to give my mother her money back on defective hearing aids she purchased from him!. She returned the hearing aids to him, and has not received one cent of the ridiculous amount of money he charged for them!. He was trying to charge a $900 restocking fee, which was NOT in the unsigned contract he was quoting his policy from;. Also, the contract stated that return details were on the reverse, which was blank!

For him to give her what he admitted were defective hearing aids, then refuse to give her back any money at all when she returned them is a shame;.

The lady he is scamming is almost 80 years old, on a fixed income, and now she is left with no hearing aids, and no money to get any from somewhere else!

This man should do the right thing, and give Mary Davisson her money!!!

He was reported to the BBB, and he lied to them and said he called her after we returned the defective aids to his office to tell her he was giving her a FULL refund!. So, Mr Linton, where is the money??? It's as simple as cutting a check and sending it to her! What is the holdup??? You have had her money for three months, and the hearing aids were returned 2 months ago|.
