Purchase NEW vehicle July 23, 2009. Paint chip on door and "shadow" on driver side rear quarter panel. Service says they cannot do anything about it that it has to go through sales. The salesman was needless to say rude, obnoxious and very unprofessional and I choose not to deal with him further. Spoke to Service Manager, was told they "would take a look at it" but later stated could not do anything about it, that it had to go through sales. Contacted Sales Mgr, via e-mail. No response. Later received call from service manger that he would give me "paint" to touch it up myself. This is not acceptable to me on a new vehicle.
