I was referred to New Way Moving to transport my auto from San Antonio, TX to Spokane, WA. I was assured someone would pick up the car 5 days prior to my move or worst case scenario the day I was leaving which was August 26th, after NUMEROUS phone calls and no call back they picked it up one week late- they informed me no driver would go to Spokane and I could go pick it up in Seattle which is 300 miles away. I asked if they would compensate me for gas and no they would not do that, they said they would find another driver to drive the car from Seattle to Spokane but it would be an additional $200 from the quote they had previously given me and would take another week to get to me. I ended up having to get to Seattle and pick up my car after paying $850 for them to drive it to Seattle. They were rude, uninformed and TOTALLY untrustworthy. I am a retired Major in the Air Force and this is how they treat the people that protect our nation. Shame on you NEW WAY!!!
