I have a contract w new yoke for 10 times facial on face. Normal I would go there every 4 nth to do facial, on my 6th times, it was in a evening session, I was told my consultant had changed from Coco to Jelena. The very next morning, my whole cheek area was with itch n redness patch. The itch was unbearable that I have to go n see a doctor immediately. Before I would do that I wanted new yoke to see my condition first and see what they would advise.
After seeing them, they did a soothing facial for me to reduce the redness to only 30%, but the itch is still there. I claim that I have to see the doctor for the itch and if i can claim the medical expenses from them. They mention that unless doctor indicated in the report that it is caused by new yoke then they would pay for the medical fee. If not, there no way to claim nor even I can't terminate my remaining facial.
