sent check in the amount of $1017.06 on 4/30/08. Check was cashed on 5/12/08. Requested refund on 7/18/08-did not receive. Numerous phone calls. Phone now diconnected. Five months later still trying to solve this and get my refund. It is now 10/1/08. Help!!!
