Overcharged and no communication
My complaint is very similar to another post. My daughter ordered a pair of boots and then after confirming the order, another $20 was added on for shipping. She cancelled the order via e-mail (the only contact listed). She got an e-mail back that said the order was cancelled, but there may be a handling fee. However, the charge was still added to her credit card along with another $3.75 for unknown, plus $1.88 for foreign service fee and another $0.94 for foreign transaction fee. We then e-mailed them again and have not got a response back. No boots and they still have her money. THIS PLACE IS A RIPOFF!!!

Buyer beware! This website is a rip off! If you order boots from them, they don't ship them in the original packaging. They take the boots out of the box and ship just the boots. I'm not even sure that the boots are real! I have made several attempts to contact them and each response is the same. I should have asked for the box when I ordered! Don't get taken!

DO NOT order from this website. They do not communicate with you. No e-mails to you and can't send them any. They charge you more than stated on website. We still don't know if we are getting boots. They have no phone number to call! They take the money out of your account as soon as you hit return. Fashion Shoes store, Shanghai is the way it shows on your account.

Overcharged & Non-Communicative
I recently purchased a pair of Uggs from Newboots99.com (on Nov. 5th). However, after confirming the order, $20 was then added onto my total for shipping. I complained immediately (They only have an e-mail address as a method of contact.) and asked that my order be canceled. Not only was it not canceled, but they had immediately charged my credit card, and I have yet to hear back from them (I have sent 4 e-mails to them without a single response!). When I checked my credit card statement, they had charged my order total, plus the added $20 for shipping, plus an additional $4, plus a $3.50 foreign transaction fee!!! To top it all off, the order was charged from China, not Australia as their web site indicates, and I still have not yet either received my boots or an order cancellation notice.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!

Fake Uggs
I asked the company if theses were authentic Uggs boots and they said absolutely. I received the boots and there was nothing authentic about these boots. There was a 2 inch patch of leather on the heel of the boot and the rest of the boot was man made materials that were obviously treated with chemicals that smelled horrific. I had a headache for 2 hours from the smell. The fake fur in the boot was falling out in clumps. They refused to acknowledge the boots were fake and told me topay $35 to ship them back, plus a $20 stocking fee and then said that if the product was lost in shipping back to them, then they were not refund anything. I refuse to spend anymore money on these crap boots and will chalk it up as a learning lesson. Please avoid this website like the plague!!!
