unfortunately they got me as well. i ordered from their company thinking it was a legit coach store.. they sent me this bag that was made so cheap that the embelms was turn upside down and when i tried to return the bag i got NO responce to all 5 of my emails that i sent to them. please donot order from this company, don't let them do this to you as well.
