a group of us went to newport pier to eat and have something to drink.

i was shocked to see that the ladies restroom was so filth the toilet was filled to the brim with waist. i went and told the owner ( small asian man) that the ladies restroom was very very dirty. he just kept saying (thank you, thank you) he didn't even acknowledge my concern. he knows English he was talking to the customers.

i thought that newport was a very upscale area, to allow this restaurant to operate this way is a shame.
