Hi I am satish, we paid in advance for 6 months for the TOI paper bill...but the services provided by the agancy is pathethic...

we have opted for TOI but they give Deccan Chronicle, The Hindu both twice/thrice a week...and two/three days we dont get paper...

They throw the papers from outstide that sometimes falls in water or goes to the roof...

Today I contacted the person who gives the paper and he was very rude and said what ever we have we give...if you want take else leave it...I also told to refund the money if you cant provide TOI, he said you didn't pay me go and get from the person to whom you paid...

I was shocked to get such a response...Kindly take this matter seriously and do the needful. thank you
