I have subscribed for the HT newspaper.
I have given the cheque of Rs.. 199 dated 4/11/2009, but till date (6 months now), I have not received any coupons from your side.
My form number is 560788.

I'm doing continuous followup from last 2 months.
Every time I make a call, my call is kept on hold for almost 5 mins. (literally 5 mins. and that's each time) with the

reason of checking status.
Every time I get the same answer, we are checking the status and you will receive coupons in next 8 days.
Yours executives whoever answer the phone calls are not at all helpful.
Neither, they can tell why it is taking so much time for the processing and finding the reason, why the coupons are not processed nor they are giving me contact of the person who can sort out this matter.

Seems like as soon as I make a call, it reminds them this matter and they start searching from scratch (at least that's what they show) and as soon as I hang up they just simply forget the things.

One more thing is your people contradict to their statements.
Here are some answers which I received from your executives:

Your coupons came back because of incomplete address (although the address what she read out to me was
complete), you will get coupons in next 8 days

There was no one to recieve the coupons so they came back, you will get coupons in next 8 days

Your coupons are already in the market and some is using it, (how is this possible since they have correct
address?) we will issue duplicate coupons, you will get coupons in next 8 days

There is no response/status received from the courier company, you will get coupons in next 8 days

and many more like these...

So much contradiction!!
