We had nothing but problems with this company's products and support. The router just does not work well with the Verizon modem I have. I tried a replacement router and had the same problems. They are unresponsive when it comes to tech support and the supervisor I contacted was terse and unhelpful. If you have a Verizon modem, find another router manufacturer.
