Making Fool of Customer by giving Faux Commitment
Hi,

This to bring you in notice that the delivery of the purchased items are never delivered on time from the Dombivli(E) branch of NEXT showroom.

I have purchased an Samsung Fridge from Next showroom In Dombivli (E) branch on Saturday i.e. 9th Jul’11 with full Payment done on time. It was confirmed to me that the delivery will be made by 12noon on Monday i.e. 11th Jul’11 by Mr.Chand a sales person of the showroom during the time of Booking. But today no delivery was made and while contacting the person its been conveyed to us that today delivery will not be made and the same will be done by Tomorrow i.e. 12th Jul’11 by evening 7pm. Due to this I need to cancel my meeting only as it was committed to me that the delivery will be done today.


My point here is; is this the way the reputed Showroom NEXT works? This is how the Customer service given? I think this is purely making FOOL of the customer. I am very disappointed with the commitment done by the company. This is not the first time, earlier also the AC delivery was delayed by 3 days from the commitment made.

I request you to kindly take action on this issue asap.

Mismatched wallpaper
I recently purchased teal bloom wallpaper from Next directory online. Once it was received I checked the batch numbers to make sure they matched. I employed a decorator to put the wallpaper up and the job was complete when I cam home that evening. I have noticed that the wallpaper does not match properly. The different rolls have different shades of brown which is noticeable. As the paper was already up and had already paid the decorate for doing this, I am unable to return the wallpaper I also do not want to have to redo the wallpaper as this would mean paying a decorator again. I have contacted Next to explain the situation they have told me there is nothing I can do as I have used the paper. I did look at the rolls before gettign the job done and couldnt notice any problem, it is not something you would notice until the paper is up. do i have any rights. If there anything I can do? M

Made to order curtains
I bought and paid for some made to measure curtains - when I ordered online they asked for the measurement, which I gave, when my curtains arrived they were half the size I ordered as instead of a per curtain size they had used a total size. These are now the smallest and most expensive curtains I have ever bought! Cost over £180!!! I have tried on numerous occassions to contact Next but to no avail they have an answerphone message on permanently. I have lost my faith in this store I used to recommend them but this experience has left me reeling!

Is it really soo hard???
Is it really sooo hard???...
Ordered a childs toy from next directory to have the wrong item delivered,
called to get it sorted out and after many many circular refferalls i was told it was not the wrong product but they would send a replacement, lo and behold a second time the wrong item... sick of this now many many circular refferal phone calls from one department and back again and they finally agree to a "special" delivery.
what was so special about it i do not know, i was told 3 days and it has now nearly been 2 weeks, lots of circular referals later and they still dont have a clue, and to make matters worse the polish lady across the road tried to steal my other order when it was delivered to her using the language barrier as an excuse!!!
is everyone after my money????
Conclusion NEXT = SHITE

Within 3 weeks chappal became bad and torn
When the chappal was purchased its quality and durability were assured for 8 months. But within 3 weeks it became bad and torn. When taken to the shop today with bill, they refused to exchange it replace it. Please take this complaint on record and get justice to me.

Avoid at all costs
I had purchased a shoes from V.K EXPORTS on 1/5/10. It was having 2 months warranty. But after 2 weeks use the leather was coming out and i reported this to the shop owner. He told that it can not be repaired since it is a problem with the leather and they accepted that it is the mistake from their side. The shoes was worth Rs.1100, they told they can replace the shoes but after paying 30% of the price as tax for new shoes.i.e around Rs.330. I refused to give the tax since i have already payed it for the first shoes. Nothing like that has been written in the bill and they were telling that it was their company rules.

Facing lots of problem to wash our clothes
From Last 2 weeks we are facing leakage problem. Even after keeping the knob in washing mode, water is going out through the drain. Bcoz of this we are facing lots of problem to wash our clothes.

customer service
Why is it when you pay money upfront for goods that they cannot give you the money back right away? they are quick enough to take. I have been a customer of Next retails UK for many years and usually shop on line but this last couple of months the customer service has been terrible. I ordered good to be delivered with a dc of about 4.oo pounds, it never came they told me it was because of the wrong address! but i had delivery 2 weeks before. They kept sending me emails asking for my new address and i kept telling them I DONT HAVE A NEW ADDRESS!!! they called me to apologise and said my refund would be in my account that day... guess what no money what do i have to do to get my money back...never again.
