I have tried on 3 occasions to refill a prescription with NextRx (Wellpoint) - used to do this with Express Scripts. On each occasion when I log on access is in progress for 2 minutes or more, at which time I disconnect and try again. On each occasion I have made several attempts.
I can only guess that this is a situation where a company could provide better on-line service by providing additional bandwidth/computing power but doesn't want to spend the money. Express Scripts was noticeably a better on-line service.
After the recent headlines re: Wellpoint I'm inclined to believe that there is no higher priority there than profit and executive compensation. Very sorry "single payer" didn't make it.
