NEVER GOT MY ORDER

I ORDER SOME FOOTBALL CAPS FOR MY KIDS TOTAL OF 4 HATS I ONLY GOT ONE AND I WAS TOLD THAT THE OTHER ONES WOULD COME IN WHEN THEY COULD FIND THEM. I WONDER WHY WOULD THEY SELL ANY ITEMS IF THEY DON'T HAVE THEM BUT ALSO I CAN'T EVEN GET MY MONEY BACK FROM THE NFLSHOP.COM OFFICE THEY ALWAYS TELL ME THAT SOMEONE WILL CALL ME OR PUT ME ON HOLD BUT NO ONE ANSWER AFTER U'RE ON HOLD OR NEVER GET A CALL BACK. DON'T ORDER ONLINE IN THIS SITE AND IF U DO MAKE SURE THAT THEY HAVE YOU'RE ITEMS.

Online scam

My mom wanted to have a special christmas forher grandchildren this year. Two of her grandchildren lost their mom before christmas. We are very big into football, so she ordered a jacket from Nflshop.com. She ordered it Nov 24, 2008 to be here in time for christmas. They told her no later than dec 23.

Today is dec 27 and no jacket. We have called Nfl shop since dec 24 and they promise but no jacket. I think this is unfair to my mom and nephew. They need to be reported.
