I am writting this to warn you about the worst service I have ever had in my life. The sales people and pool techs at this business have no idea what they are doing. We purchased a filter from Niagra and were told time and time again to add all different kinds of chemicals to clear our water. Two seasons later and $600 in chemicals and our pool is still green. We have talked to everyone at the pool place and everyone keeps telling us it is not the filter. We have had a pool for over 10 years and as soon as we bought a filter from Niagra we had green water. After speaking to the president of the company he still would not exchange our filter. Apparently they do not value their customers. So if you have a pool, NEVER use Niagra for your supplies for even for advice on your pool. They don't know what they are talking about and don't care about their customers.
