Called to try to get an appointment. Secretary said she'll call back later today once the contradictor came back in from his job. No call. Called again the next day...said that I would have to call back on Friday (4 days later) to try to set something up. Called on Friday. Said I had to call back Monday. Called Monday - set something up for 9am-12pm on Tuesday (the next day). Called just now at 12pm after taking the day off and waiting around. Said they won't make it (guess they had no intention of telling me that).

Ordinarily I would have quit after the first 2 denials, but my landlord had prearranged a deal with this place to come in and fix my AC. Rediculous how far they took this.

Stay away. Horrible service even before they get to your home.
