Dear Sir,

I am the frequent flyier and always use to book my tickets through NICE TRAVELS (Hazratbal Srinagar) who is registered with the J&K Tourism.

Last time i booked tickets for Srinagar to Delhi wide ticket no 0583807200014 through Nice Travevls Hazratbal Srinagar for which they charges me Rs 13, 994/- while as the actual prize of the ticket was Rs 12, 182/- (as confirmed from the airlines office)


I also Booked ticket for Delhi to Srinagar wide ticket no 3807233355 for which they charges me Rs 8, 438/- while as the actual prize of the ticket was Rs 5, 438/-
(as confirmed from the airlines office)

After confirming these two tickets i varify all those tickets which i booked through NICE TRAVELS Hazratbal Srinagar. Those tickets are all frod and i got round about fair differnece of Rs 18, 000/-

I ask so many times to the owner of the travel agency Mr Rashid / Mr Rehaan for the prize differences and refunds of the fair differences but they have no words to say me and everytime they tolerates me.

Now I just want to say to Director of Tourism Jammu and Kashmir that the travel agents in kashmir like NICE TRAVELS HAZRATBAL SRINAGAR cheats the innocent peoples and grabs our hard earned money.

Now its requested to you please take the legal action against the travel agencies like NICE TRAVELS who are cheating the peoples in kashmir and giving the frod payment tickets to the costomers.

Hope the tourism departmetn will do need ful
