In October I ordered boots $85 boots from this company and they sent me a pair of mis-matched boots! when i sent them an email asking if they could send me a new pair and a return label so that I could send the 1st pair back, they refused...stating it was the "customers responsibility" to pay for returns (which was contrary to what their website "pledges")reluctantly (despite feeling that they should pay the costs because they sent me 2 differant boots! ) I paid the $35 shipping costs to return the boots back to CHINA...Til this day and over 20 emails later, ive yet to receive either a new pair of boots or a refund of my money.
I have also tried to leave negative feedback on the company website and OF COARSE it never posted-only the positive comments appear!
Unfortunatley, i paid with paypal, and they do not deal with this type of situation and my bank/credit card wont open a dispute do to it being a 3rd party payee.

MY RECOMMENDATION: NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SO-CALLED COMPANY, AND BE AWARE OF COMPANIES IN OTHER COUNTRIES(which i never knew was in CHINA because the website doesnt state where the company is located, otherwise i would of NEVER made this purchase in the first place)
