we acquired this loan eo jan we ran into some trouble in march when we had to move where we were living bec landlord didnt pay mortage for 5 months we had to find a new place to live and they wouldnt help us all they did was harrass us, asked a rep there for a due date change after made 2 pymnts over phone, we had to leave to pa for family emergency in june my son wasinjured in iraq assuming we had dd change we thought everything was ok recived a call from my other son stating david was rude and first of all was only 2 days past due, also was calling refernces at 2days past due continued to harrass us day after day threating to take vechilke bec of all the stress and anxiety dealing with moving and my sons injurys, i was put out on leave since july they have never offered to help us only harrass us also left numerous messages, also made a house call to my house threating to take our vechile, ive never dealt with a company like this before in my klife and have paid off a previous auto loan and as u can see was never late, im under a doctors care and suppose to avoid stress im reciving disabilty from my job so i can only pay them 1 x amonth we cant seem to make 2 pymnts in one month, all they do is harrass us
