Fruadulent Lawsuit
I received a voicemail on May 4, 2010 by a gentleman named Steve Lawson in regards of a lawsuit against me and that it was imperative for me to call IMMEDIATELY 714-855-2593. I called and another gentleman by last name Jeffries answered; when I asked to speak with Mr. Lawson, he asked what my name was and I told him. He began to tell me that if I was aware of the lawsuit and I said no, that it was the first time I've heard of such thing. He said that he was going to read me what he had and began naming numerous charges against me such as: FRAUDULENT BANK ACCOUT, BAD CHECK WRITING, AND REQUESTING NUMEROUS PAY DAY LOANS. When I said to him that I have NOT requested such thing, he hung up on me. So I called back and I asked why he purposely hung up on me and he replied " because I interrupted him as he was talking." I said to him that I did interrupted him because he was wrong and I've NEVER taking any Pay Day Loans over the internet. Mr. Jeffries asked me to verify the last 4 didgits of my SSN and what my email address was. I told him that I didn't even own checks (which I don't) and he replied I don't think so, you do own checks. I hung up on him. Today, Mr. Steve Lawson called me at my job and I could bearely understand him because of his heavy accent and said to him that I was not available if he could leave a message and he stated that he already left a message yesterday. I asked if he wanted to leave another message and to speak slowly because I could NOT understand him, and I was able to get a bit of more information about the company, in which I was NOT able to obtain yesterday when speaking with Mr. Jeffries. I have blocked their number of my cell phone and they have left several messages on my voicemail stating that if I didn't take care of this I would be SORRY. I would like for these people to be STOPPED and arrested because they are trying to take money from hard working people. I will also make a report to the BBB and if need to I will go as far as the FBI. They are trying to hack accounts and obtain money BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY.
