I'm at a loss and was referred to you. Ive taken over 400 photos none of which will attach to this mail I was timed out 3 times so far. I also have 5 videos to share. The BBB and Consumer Affairs have not been helpful and suggest hiring an attorney. I am a single, divorced parent and sole supporter of my daughter, whose father is a deadbeat dad.I borrowed money on my house to replace a 21 year old patio/porch 2 years ago, The contractor was here to clean/seal the pavers and install polymeric sand. He used the wrongcolro and texture, applied incorrectly (confirmed by manufaturer) and the powerwasher destroyed all the pavers. Other contractors confirm after viewing that its destroyed and needs to be replaced. They also state that the contractors original work, and the repair on the walkway, is very shabby. The contractor refuses to negotitate, called me a cunt, said he would bury me in court then called me a bitch and hung up on me. The paver company, Capitol Pavers in Sayreville, won't comply with their lifetime Warranty and they have a tight relationship with Nicosia Construction Co, the contractor. They deny damage even though its obvious. My patio/porch is destroyed. I have no money for a lawyer, am self employed and am still paying for the patio. I don't know what else to do. This is so stressful and time consuming. A friend said I should contact you as you shed light on consumer inequities. The contactor and paving company are linked professionally and financially, like a conspiracy, and they won't testify against the other or take responsibility for my damage and loss. I'll attach my original certifed letter to Nicosia Construction company. I have over 400 photos and have spoken with 5 contrctors. No one will place their findings in writing for me! They are afraid of this contractor and that if the word gets out he can make their life miserable.

Please pursue my story. I'm convinced there are others like me who have worked with him but because he has buying power, can afford a pricey attorney, gets off the hook. He's already threatened me, cursed at me and is trying to intimidate through his responses which are fabricated lies. If you need anything at all, please let me know. I'm still contacting or trying to get an expert to write a letter but have been unsuccessful even though they each say the patio is destroyed.
