I would like to inform the public that NIGERIA GULF ENGINEERING LIMITED is a scam. This is a sample contract that they send me. I have seen the same contract within this forum. The only difference is they change the company name, address, contact person, etc. BEWARE of this SCAMMERS:

NOTE: All employees not living in Nigeria need the help of a local Representative while all
employees based in Nigeria are required to report personally to our office with identification
materials for the signing and collection of the hard copy of his/her contract document as soon as
possible.
CONTRACT OBLIGATION:
For your case, you are required to provide us with your Nigerian work and residence permit
documents on or before 19th of September 2009 as an evidence of proclivity in taking up the
contract with the NIGERIA GULF ENGINEERING LIMITED. This can been done through the help
of your local representative since you do not presently reside in Nigeria as this is extremely
required by the board of the company for us to start the processing of your visa, air ticket and some
other documents and also for the approval of the payment of your two months salary upfront to
enable your mobilization to Nigeria to resume work on site with the NIGERIA GULF
ENGINEERING LIMITED.
RESPONSIBILITY OF A LOCAL REPRESENTATIVE:
Due to the fact that you are not a citizen of Nigeria and do not presently reside here in Nigeria, you
will need a local delegate whom will act on your behalf for the signing and collection of the hard
copy of your contract document and send same to you via courier e.g. UPS, DHL, and FedEx etc.
They will send these documents to any desired address of your choice that will be suitable for
package receiving. Such will also help you to supervise the procuring of your valid Nigerian work
and residence permit documents with the Nigerian Immigration Service (NIS) here in Nigeria as
your documents will be processed here.
However for good service, employees who do not presently have his/her Nigerian work and
residence permit documents should make contact with the below agency immediately for
directives and support for the attainment and procurement of their valid Nigerian work and
residence permit documents with the concerned authority here in Nigeria.
