The Inland Revenue is Authorised and Regulated by the Financial Services Authority, an arm of the International Monetary Fund, The Taxation and Revenue Department acesses certain types of taxes. A tax is levied on lotteries, raffles and Income taxes etc, almost everywhere, normally by the payment authority on behalf of the Government.
