Nike Hockey Boots
I bought my daughter field hockey boots at Menlyn Pretoria June 2010. The purple boots with the orange nike logo.
She has been very satisfied with these boots and have been playing the season's hockey tournaments with these boots. Last week
she went to Pietermaritzburg for the USSA tournament. She phoned me complaining that one boot had torned at the inner-side
of the boot. It seems asif the "material"" of the boots are cracking and then ends-up torning. We have been supporting Nike for many
years now, but when buying Nike it is never just for one year. We have always seen buying Nike is a an investment. If possible, please provide us with an explenation regarding this problem. This is the very first time that we are not satisfied with a Nike product. Please provide us with feedback at [email protected]

customer service
I was shopping in a Nike store today in Seoul, South Korea and went to try on a pair of shorts and a tank. The sales staff, later I found out it was the manager, told me I couldn't try on the top. I said I wanted to try on the shorts and he kept grabbing at all the stuff in my hand. This went on longer than it should have. I kept saying I know, but I want to try on the shorts. Finally, he actually pushed the door so I was slammed into something (which bruised my back) and then grabbed the top, shorts and sweatbands out of my hands, shouting at me to get out of the store!!! My finger actually got a cut and started to bleed. I have never had such rude customer service for wanting to try on a pair of shorts! Now, some would say this could be because of a language barrier but he was speaking in English and so was I, as I don't speak Korean. This wasn't complex English, but simple words and phrases! If this is how Nike's international customer service is, then I would say that it will lose many customers with this treatment!!!

I am very upset to see on TV that you are going to hire Michael Vick. I have been VERY loyal NIKE enthusiast and have promoted your shoes for many, many years. I refuse to wear any other brand. NO MORE! When I saw that that cruel Michael Vick was going to be advertising for you...it made me want to vomit. Can't anyone take a stand against this cruel individual?!

sneakers dont glow
i just paid 156.00 dollars for a pair nike yeezy glow in dark sneakers, recieved them within a week from ordering but the they dont want to glow.we followed the directions but cant get them to glow.i guess im out the money and a lessoned learned.dont order from out of country stick with the good ole usa merchandise.i dont suggest you waste your money.

Pathetic Product
I have only been troubled than happy with the purchase of this NIKE shoe model 397100, Other details given below.

After about a week of purchase the front part of the bottom rubber sole had peeled off, The Store was kind enough to replace the unit.

However, Now again after 3 months the same thing has happened.

I had raised this point while my purchase also, but the sales person convinced me saying that should not cause any problem.This is a design issue, this part(un trimmed) stands out where is should be in sync with the shoe shape causing it to Damage.

Now, I would request you to let me swap this shoe for another model, As I believe the problem will recur.

I have to go on a trek hence need the shoe asap.Reply awaited

TN's nike shoe
I have brought my son 4 pairs of TN's over the last 14 months, each time them lasting 8 weeks. The bottom sole splits from one side to the other and the bubbles always pop.
Now this is just not good enough for a pair of shoes that costs $250.00. My son loves them because they are the Nike shoe to buy at the moment. Every time i take them back with the receipt they do nothing and tell me its wear and tear well all he does is walks in them doesn't play any kind of sport. To tell you the truth i am sick and tried of how i have been treated every time i take them back. Like i said $250.00 is alot for a pair of shoes that only last 6-8 weeks. To add to it all the boys my son know's there shoes do the same thing. I want to no what Nike or Foot Locker is going to do about it. I would like to know how to get onto Nike them selves.

problem with fabric
I purchased nike t shirt from bangalore. But now its thread are coming out. I have not washed even once .
I checked with the nike people but they told i have to go to same shop. i tried calling them but they are not picking up the call, I am staying in mysore so i can not go to bangalore just to show them a shirt. Please let me know how to take it.

squeaky trainers
I recently bought air max mid tops and within a few days the heels started to sqeak, then a few weeks later the bottom of the shoes started to squeak. Now they are unbearable to wear. I do not expect this form nike trainers as I have been buying them for sum time and have never had a complaint, I can not afford to buy trainers that fault within a few days. This is unexceptable.

defective shoes-wont cover under warantee
I purchased these shoes at Dicks Sporting Goods just over a year ago. The sole started coming apart; the black rubber pieces started peeling off. The first time, I superglued it back on once I got home. The second time, I stopped wearing them. I assumed that the store wouldn't do anything with them so I never tried to return them. Last week, I was at Dicks and told them about the situation; they suggested I call NIKE. I did, but they said they wouldn't do anything with the shoes since it was 2+ years from when they were manufactured. I told them they would notice very little wear on the shoes and explained why I didn't send them back. I also stated it was definitely less than 2 years since they were purchased. The supervisor stated that there are no exceptions/grey areas in their policy and the fact that they were defective did not make a difference. Glad I made the phone call before my son ordered the NIKE ID shoes he wanted for $185.00 online.
Note on the pictures that the etched writing on the sole is perfectly legible and not worn...I think that should prove these weren't worn for more than a month total (under 10 total uses).
