Nike Reviews

Poor quality of Nike shoes
I bought a pair of Nike shoes at Nike store at Centralia Factory outlet (between Seattle and Portland) for my 8 years old son. After wearing only two weeks, the rim of shoes separated from the cover. The gap is about a quarter inch wide.

I am shocked at the poor quality of the shoes. I hope Nike can pay more attention to their quality.

I attach pictures of proof. One picture shows the bottom of the shoe, so people can see the Nike logo and you can see the shoes are still pretty new. My son has worn them for only two weeks (he didn't wear them every day).

Air Jordans - Deliberately misleading
I purchased a pair of Air Jordans with the hopes of them improving my game so that I could enter the NBA as their commericals indicate. The shoes have not made me better at all. I believe that Nike has deliberately mislead/tricked others into purchasing their product.

Total loss of faith in the Nike
I am writing to express my total loss of faith in the NFL and Nike. A convicted felon to play professional football, advertise shoes and potentially be a role model to the youth of our community. In light of the stated treatment of animals under Mr. Vick's care or supervision I find this signing to be both distasteful and poorly thought out by the Eagles organization the NFL and the NIKE Corporation. Are we really telling the youth of our community that convicted felons are eligible to be sports stars, advertisers and role models? We can't set the bar a little higher? Demand a little more from these public figures? The right to play professional football should require at least a non-convicted felon status. I believe this is the least we owe to our children. While Mr. Vick's debt to society may have been paid from a legal stand point, the moral and ethical side should continue to follow him as it does every other convicted felon. I admire Mr. Dungy's help and support of Mr. Vick but I think the goal should have been to get Mr. Vick back into being a productive member of society with a job that doesn't come with press, stardom and potential role model status. His right to have that type of career should have been forsaken when he was convicted. If we do not hold our public figures to a higher standard we can not expect society as a whole to be any different. I see a double standard being set because Mr. Vick has the ability to play football professionally. IF his name was Jamal and he lived in South Philly and had just been released from prison he wouldn’t even be able to get a job at Home Depot. Yet the Eagles organization, the NFL and NIKE will put Mr. Vick on a national stage and give him a spot light to stand in. I am sad to say that my support of my hometown team, the NFL and NIKE will end today, and my view and support of those organizations has suffered irreparable damage. Any organization the provides role model status to a person that has physically held a dog underwater until it has drowned does not and will not receive my consumer dollars. I hope this signing is really the message the Eagles organization the NFL and NIKE wants to send out. For me it is the end of a lifetime of support.

Bodily deterioration/physical harm
To whomever it may concern,
My name is Gowreetharan Shanmuganathan I have been using Nike products throughout my life, about 2 months prior to the event in discussion I purchased Nike mercurial Astroturf. But due to its ergonomically designed nature both my right and left legs have been subjected to both unexplainable burses and peeling of skin.
I am making a formal complaint against Nike on the grounds of: 1) no proper instruction were given prior to the purchase of the product on various hazard and bodily harm that might have caused whilst the product is still in use.
I would like a response back via email to [email protected]

badly stitched trainer
I have bought my 3 year old daughter another pair of nik air trainers and again the same problem has occurred, the stitching at the front of the trainer has come away once again. I accepted the first time that this happened because my daughter was only young, but for it too happen again with the second pair I bought. I didnt nikeair the next time I bought another brand but when it was time for another pair once again I decided to try the nike air trainers again but she has only had these for about a month and the same problem has occurred. I would like a responce either by phone or email [email protected] as I am deeply unssatisfied !!!

Ex-nike customer
I bought my son a pair of nike shoes this past summer and they literally fell apart at the seams not to mention, the inside of the heal broke down... when i tried to talk to someone at nike they told me that asked for the number on the tag inside the tongue. If anyone has bought nike's lately you will notice that the tag is now an iron-on sticker that is easily taken out ( you can do the math with that one and a 9 yr old boy..)not the sewn in kind. They will not take them back to even look at them...they only started making that same shoe about a month before we bought them therefore, they should know what freakin' model number they are and when they produced that particular shoe. So much for the one year warranty that they got out of...It is a shame because we bought most of our sneakers there before but now don't feel like we are appreciated for our business . Guess we will find one of many companies that do..

Fake Nike trainers
I have been wearing Nike for almost 20 years. Over the years i have bought many pairs without disappointment. However recently i bought a pair of Nike's from a store claiming to sell original Nike products. After checking the sneakers and comparing them with products sold at other stores. They seemed legit. As new sneakers, they felt like the real thing, looked like the real thing, even smelt like the real thing and i proceeded to purchase them. After wearing them for 2 weeks my feet starting hurting really badly, they were sweating in these shoes like i had rapped plastic bags over my feet and went for a run. Of course by this time i realized that these were certainly not real Nike's but " fakes " . I thought i'd bring this to Nike's attention as i actually am a faithful consumer to Nike and hate to think when a young kid gets his first pair of Nike's and experiences a similar thing, that Nike would lose a consumer for life and this could even have a chained reaction resulting in the youth of today thinking of Nike as a second rate sneaker company.
Of course it would be great too if Nike could simply compensate me for my bad experience.

Regrets (Regards)

Dangerous running shoes
I recently purchased a pair of Nike SKU# 902058-063
Men's Nike XCCELERATOR TR shoes. These shoes are so slippery when wet that it is too dangerous to wear them. It is even worse when driving because my feet slip off the clutch or brake. I am afraid of breaking a leg when walking or running in the wet or even causing a motor accident. Surely there is something faulty with the rubber soles.
