I have two complaints:
1. I ordered two pair of Nike shoes (see transaction details). It was confirmed and stated on your website that shipping is free of charge. Per email I was instructed by a chinese college of yours, to pay 40 US$ extra for DHL shipping because EMS could not deliver to The Netherlands!? After various emails I had no choice than to pay 40$. Very disappointing and not as stated on your website!
2. Today I received the two pair of shoes. Both pairs were not the ones I ordered. Both pairs had wrong colours and not as specified on the website and confirmed by you in the transaction details above. We have returned the shoes to DHL to be returned to sender.
Please advise how you are going to solve these problems.
And if you send the correct shoes, please indicate contents as "present", otherwise we have to pay 25 EURO import duties.

I checked for you, the shoes you ordered is Nike Dunk High AC TZ (medium grey/medium grey/sail)386751-001 and Nike Dunk High (varsity red/anthracite/white) 317982-601 (Men Size:US8=EUR41 )
I am confused that the shopping record shows we sent the right items.
we would check all the orders before we send the goods to the customers
Would you mind emailing the pics of the shoes and the box and the EMS details to me? I am sorry that you could not send the pictures to this email so could you pls send the email to

The other one I could not find on your website but it was beige with black leather nike logo.
As you can see, not the shoes that I ordered.
Please send the correct ones as I ordered and paid for. Mention "gift" on the package so no import duties will be charged.

You must be joking. Call DHL yourself and ask for the package to be sent back to you. And send me the correct shoes.
This is your companies problem!
* I ordered two pair at www.airfroceonesonline.com
* I paid us$168.92 plus $40 for shipping with DHL (tracking/shippment number of the parcel is 8xxxxxxx)
* When the shoes were delivered by DHL I refused to sign. The shoes are now with DHL, waiting for your instruction.
* The shoes were both wrong . One pair was Varsity Red Light Grey Black, the other one was Beige with Black logo (see pictures sent)
* Please send right shoes as soon as possible without further delay.
I can not travel to DHL again to make more pictures.
If you don't send right shoes I will report to international FRAUD Bureau and all Social Media (facebook, twitter, myspace, etc. about your companies bad service.
Please help because this is not correct.
